This is my first blog and trying to get some help here. My sister is a divorsee and she has 3 kids. She had recouse to public funds until now. She started working since past month and since she has 3 kids she could only work 18 hours a week. She is still getting some aid from goverment inorder to support her and her kids.
Now she is planning to marry out side united kingdom and she has to sponsor her spouse. Now my understanding is that in order to sponsor her spouse on marraige visa bases she will have to show some work and funds, that shows she will be able to support her husband when she enters United Kingdom. SO, what will be the minimum work hours she will need to show and how much will she have to make a month in order to comply with the immigration rules.
Also what are the steps she could take inorder to better the chances of getting visa ?
